बच्चे के दिमाग का विकास 0-5 साल में
बच्चे के जीवन के पहले 5 साल उसका पूरा जीवन निर्धारित करते हैं । जन्म से लेकर 5 साल तक बच्चे के दिमाग का विकास बहुत तेज़ी से होता है।
Neuro Science के अनुसार 5 साल की उम्र तक बच्चे के दिमाग का 90% विकास हो जाता है।
कैसे 5 साल बच्चे का जीवन निर्धारित करते हैं –
आने वाली समस्याओं को समझने का तरीका भी इन्ही 5 साल में निर्धारित हो जाता है।
अगर बच्चे को नकारात्मक वातावरण मिलता है शुरुआत के 5 साल तो ऐसे बच्चे जीवन के प्रति भी नकारात्मक हो जाते हैं।
माता पिता कैसे बच्चे के दिमाग के विकास में मदद कर सकते हैं
रॉबर्ट कारेन की किताब Becoming Attached में लेखक कहता है की,
0-1 साल में अगर बच्चे की माँ बच्चे को पूरा प्रेम, समय व ध्यान देती है तो ऐसे बच्चे में आत्मविश्वास बहुत होता है , ये बच्चे कम बीमार पड़ते हैं इनके जीवन में कामयाब होने के अवसर बहुत होते हैं।
और जिन बच्चे की माँ उन पर ध्यान नहीं देती या कहे तो जिन बच्चो को माँ नहीं पालती, कोई आया पालती है उन बच्चों के जीवन में सफल होने के अवसर बहुत कम होते हैं उनकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता भी कम होती है, उनका जीवन के प्रति नकारात्मक नजरिया होता है वो दुनिया में सुरक्षित महसूस नहीं करते हैं।
माता पिता को चाहिए बच्चे को सकारात्मक वातावरण दें व सकारात्मक बातें ही बच्चे से बोलें जैसे
- भगवान् तुम्हारे साथ हैं तुम ये काम कर सकते हो।
- अरे वाह, तुमने तो ये बहुत आराम से कर दिया।
- तुम एक बहुत अच्छे बच्चे हो।
- तुम इस दुनिया में पूरी तरह सुरक्षित हो।
- तुम भगवान के बच्चे हो और भगवान के बच्चे तो भगवान् जैसे होते हैं।
ये बातें बच्चे से कभी न बोलें
- तुम ये काम नहीं कर सकते
- तुमसे अच्छे तो दूसरे बच्चे हैं
- तुम्हे तो कुछ नहीं आता
- तुम तो हर काम करने में बहुत समय लेते हो
- ये मत करो
इस तरह की नकारात्मक बातें बच्चे से न बोलें। ये बातें बच्चे के दिमाग में नकारात्मक सोच डालती हैं।
बच्चा माता पिता की हर बात ध्यान से सुनता है और वो बातें उसके दिमाग में बैठ जाती हैं।
इसलिए मातापिता को चाहिए की बच्चे से बात करते समय सकारात्मक शब्दों का प्रयोग करें, उन्हें सुरक्षित महसूस कराये तभी बच्चा भविष्य में भी जीवन के प्रति सुरक्षित महसूस करेगा व जीवन को सकारात्मक नज़रिये से देखेगा।
