Ingredients
  

  • 1 कटोरी रमास
  • 1 उबला आलू (छोटा कटा हुआ)
  • 1 बड़ी प्याज़ (बारीक कटी हुई)
  • 2 medium size टमाटर (बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • 1 हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई)
  • 1 इंच अदरक (बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • हरा धनिया (बारीक कटा)
  • चाट मसाला
  • नमक
  • लाल मिर्च
  • नींबू का रस

Instructions
 

  • रात के भीगे हुए रमास को कुकर में पानी और नमक डालकर उबाल लें। एक सीटी तेज आँच पर और 5 मिनट मंदी आँच पर रखें।
  • कुकर खुलने के बाद रमास को छान लें और उसके पानी को भी रख लें।
  • रमास में उबला आलू, प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, हरा धनिया डालें।
  • अब उसमें थोड़ा नमक, चाट मसाला और स्वादानुसार लाल मिर्च डालकर mix करें।
  • फिर नींबू का रस डालकर मिक्स करें। यदि dry लगे तो रमास का पानी उसमें डालकर मिक्स करें।
  • ऊपर से हरे धनिये से garnish करके serve करें।
  • लीजिये tasty, healthy रमास तैयार है।
