Ingredients
- 1 कटोरी रमास
- 1 उबला आलू (छोटा कटा हुआ)
- 1 बड़ी प्याज़ (बारीक कटी हुई)
- 2 medium size टमाटर (बारीक कटा हुआ)
- 1 हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई)
- 1 इंच अदरक (बारीक कटा हुआ)
- हरा धनिया (बारीक कटा)
- चाट मसाला
- नमक
- लाल मिर्च
- नींबू का रस
Instructions
- रात के भीगे हुए रमास को कुकर में पानी और नमक डालकर उबाल लें। एक सीटी तेज आँच पर और 5 मिनट मंदी आँच पर रखें।
- कुकर खुलने के बाद रमास को छान लें और उसके पानी को भी रख लें।
- रमास में उबला आलू, प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, हरा धनिया डालें।
- अब उसमें थोड़ा नमक, चाट मसाला और स्वादानुसार लाल मिर्च डालकर mix करें।
- फिर नींबू का रस डालकर मिक्स करें। यदि dry लगे तो रमास का पानी उसमें डालकर मिक्स करें।
- ऊपर से हरे धनिये से garnish करके serve करें।
- लीजिये tasty, healthy रमास तैयार है।

Recipe is quite healthy and nutritious as it has lots of raw veggies . But I don’t know what is this Ramas , it looks some kind of bean – full of protein .
