Ingredients
- Bell peppers 1 each (लाल, पीली, हरी)
- एक छोटा कप बारीक कटी हुई पत्ता गोभी
- 1 grated गाजर
- 1 small bowl हरी चटनी
- 4 बड़े चम्मच Mayonnaise/मलाई
- Butter
- स्वादानुसार नमक
- ¼ tbs काली मिर्च
- 1 tbs Oregano
- 1 tbs Chilli flakes
Instructions
- सारी vegetables को chop कर लें।
- एक bowl में mayonnaise डालें।
- chopped vegetables के साथ नमक, काली मिर्च, chili flakes और oregano डाल कर अच्छी तरह से mix करें।
- Brown bread लें, पहले उस पर दोनों sides में butter लगाएँ, हरी चटनी लगाएँ।
- इसमें filling डालकर ऊपर से थोड़ा butter लगाकर sandwich maker में grill करें।
- Plate में पत्ता गोभी leaf और tomato slice लगाकर गर्म sandwich सर्व करें।
