Mint Mojito Mocktail
This Mint Mocktail, made with freshmint and a pint of lemon juice, is a refreshing and cool treat to sip on a summer day or any time you wish to consume something healthy and homemade.
Equipment
- मिक्सी
- छलनी
Ingredients
- 12 पत्ती पुदीना (ज्यादा पुदीना ड्रिंक को कड़वा कर देगा)
- 2 tbsp पिसी चीनी
- काला नमक स्वादानुसार
- आधे बड़े नींबू का रस
- Icecubes (crushed)
- CatchClub सोडा / Black Currant Flavour / Limca / स्प्राइट
Instructions
- सबसे पहले ताज़ा पुदीने की गड्डी लें व उसे टहनियों से अलग कर लें।
- अब 12 पुदीने की पत्तियां लें और उन्हें धो लें।
- मिक्सी के जार में पुदीना, पीसी चीनी, नमक, नींबू का रस सब एक साथ डालकर पीस लें।
- पीसने के बाद छलनी से छान कर गिलास में डालें व Crushed Ice Cubes डालें।
- ऊपर से glass में सोडा डाल दें।
- इसे 3 पुदीना पत्ती से गार्निश कर दें। लीजिये Mint Mojito Mocktail तैयार है।
Notes
- ध्यान दें कि इस Drink का Taste Black Currant सोडा (जो कैच कंपनी का आता है) उससे बहुत अच्छा आता है क्योंकि वो मीठा होता है।
- इस Drink को Sprite, Limca से भी बना सकते हैं। इन तीनों से बनाते हुए पिसी चीनी 1 Tsp ही बहुत रहेगी।
