Fruit Ice-Cream
Fruit Ice-Cream is a summer dessert prepared with Vanilla Ice-Cream and mixed seasonal fruits. Try this easy recipe to treat your loved ones.
Ingredients
- 500 ग्राम अमूल वैनिला आइसक्रीम
- 2 small bowl आम
- 2 bowl अनार (optional)
- 1 bowl केला
- 1 bowl सेब
- 1 bowl काले अंगूर (seasonal)
- 1 bowl हरे अंगूर (seasonal)
- ½ bowl संतरे की फाँक बीज निकाल कर (seasonal)
- ½ bowl strawberry - आधी कटी हुई (seasonal)
- या जो भी फल आपको अच्छा लगे, available हो वो ले सकते हैं।
Instructions
- सभी फल छोटे size में काट लें।
- सबसे पहले आइसक्रीम को एक बड़े से bowl में निकालकर Melt होने के लिए रख दें।
- करीब 15 मिनट में आइसक्रीम जब Semi liquid form में आ जाये तो आइसक्रीम को 2 से 3 मिनट तक करछी से Whip करें।
- अब सभी कटे हुए फलों को आइसक्रीम में मिला दें और Cling film से Cover करके Fridge में ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें।
- लीजिए फ्रूट आइसक्रीम तैयार है।
- ठंडा होने पर Serve करें।
Notes
- कोई citrus fruit यानी संतरा अधिक मात्रा में न डालें और Fruits काफी देर पहले से कटे हुए न डालें क्योंकि केला व सेब काले पड़ जाते हैं।
- इस पर अपनी पसंद के Dry Fruits जैसे अखरोट, पिस्ता बारीक काट कर ऊपर से Garnish भी कर सकते हैं।
